Our Story
CPR
INC
started in 1993 as Cook's Painting & Maintenance, a Contractor specializing
in painting and repair. In 1997, our name changed to Cook's Painting &
Remodeling, a General Contractor. In 2003, our company incorporated
and updated its name to CPR INC. The acronym CPR reflects the scope of work
that we do: Construction, Painting, and Remodeling.
CPR INC takes on projects of all kinds: beautifully crafted spec homes or by custom design, home ‘flips', and comprehensive construction from the ground up. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, hardwood & laminate flooring, insurance work, additions, decks, garages, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and complete kitchen and bathroom remodels.

INC is managed by husband-and-wife team Rob & Cindy Cook. Together with our employees,
we take pride in honest, excellent work, and most of our projects are the
result of referrals.
The company slogan is ‘We bring NEW LIFE to all we do’, and special care is taken to do just that.
